
We are living in some crazy times. As many of us are in social isolation to avoid getting or spreading sickness, healthy eating either is on point or you’ve been living on a box of tortilla chips :).
Now more than ever making sure to take care of your body and health is so important in keeping your immune system up and your anxiety down.
So today, I’m sharing one of my go-to #quarantinesnacks that is both healthy and immunity boosting (thanks to antioxidants from blueberries and goji berries).
Breakfast Parfait Bowl
- 1 cup yogurt (your choice: I personally love a coconut milk one)
- 3 chopped strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- soaked goji berries*
- sprinkle with hemp seeds
*To re-hydrate dried goji berries, pour hot water on top of gojis and allow them to soak for about 5 minutes. Drain and add on top of yogurt.
